Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a copyright owner or their representative can issue a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit a legitimate infringement claim, certain information must be provided to us.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

1. A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted material that has been infringed.
3. Details of the infringing material including its location for removal.
4. Contact information of the complaining party.
5. A statement asserting that the material is being used without authorization.
6. A confirmation that the information provided is accurate and the complainant has the right to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 17 USC §512(f) outlines penalties for providing false information in an infringement claim. Takedown notices can be sent through our Contact page via email for faster processing.

It should be noted that we may disclose the identity of the complainant in a copyright infringement claim to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge this disclosure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you have received a takedown notice due to copyright infringement, you have the option to send a counter notification to have the material restored. This notification must contain specific elements as stated in 17 USC Section 512(g)(3).

1. Your signature.
2. Description of the taken-down material and its original location.
3. Statement affirming your belief that the removal was a mistake.
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal purposes.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against copyright infringement. We keep records of DMCA notices and work to identify repeat infringers. Accounts found violating this policy will be terminated.
